Glenda Fay Clagget

Glenda Fay Claggett, age 76, died on Monday November 6, 2017 in Bakersfield, CA at Hoffman Hospice. She was born in Vian, Oklahoma to Levi and Versie (McFadden) Martin and moved to Bakersfield, CA when she was 3 years old. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Gary “Sonny” Garrett, and her sisters Carmelita Garrett Brown and Freda Martin Webb, and also her loving companion Manual “Mike” Rodriguez. Glenda was survived by her children Timothy V. Claggett and Angie Claggett Navarrette, her brother Darrell F. Martin and her sister Linda Martin Fenwick, her grandchildren Vance M. Claggett, Gabby Claggett, Johnny R. Reyna, Roland C. Uribe, Adrian F. Uribe and great grandchildren Johnny R Reyna, Jr., Leeanna J Navarrette and Moses J. Navarrette and many other friends and neighbors that called her Grandma. A celebration of life will be held at Canyon Hills Fireside Room on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 11:00 am, potluck reception immediately following in room 103.
