Ray Lozano

Ray Lozano (Papa Ray) May 30th 1934 - May 22nd 2012 Ray Lozano passed away Tuesday May 22nd at his home. In his last days family and friends were here in his presence telling him of their love for him. Ray was born and raised in Bakersfield,ca. Ray was employed and retired from the city after 23yrs. Ray enjoyed spending time with the family who he loved so much. He enjoyed telling stories of his past and remembering all the good times. He could often be found tinkering around the yard, tending to the ranch or playing with the kids. Ray was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Cuca, brothers Baby and Pete, Sisters Lucy, Rosie and Ramona. Survived by his wife Cathy of 31yrs, and 12 children Pat and Gilbert, Frank and Bobbie, Raymond, Esther and Robert, Johnny and Patty, Joey and Vivian , Cynthia, Michelle and Casey, Vivian , Fernando and Marissa, Delania and Angel, 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren . Ray was much loved by friends and family and will be missed by all, he will forever be in our hearts! All Services will be held at St Joseph's, viewing will be tuesday May 29th from 5:30-8p and on May 30th Mass will be at 10am followed by burial at Union Cemetary.
